Creation Entertainment’s 2008 Firefly/Serenity con announced

ce_iconsshirt.jpgCreation Entertainment has announced their “Salute to Firefly and Serenity” convention, to be held November 22-23, 2008, at the Burbank Airport Marriott Hotel. 

So far they have Jewel Staite lined up to guest, but I’d expect plenty more before they’re through.

They’ve also got some more stuff in their store I hadn’t seen, including a Serenity cappucchino mug, a pile of patches, and a Serenity Icons tee (pictured), and more than a few autographed photos for sale (autographs currently have free shipping).

    Just right for my snowboarding daughter in college.

    I’ve never been to a con, how does it work? Does it cost a lot to go, where do you sign up, is it free…? I love Firefly and would LOVE to go to something like that.
