The Serenity lunch box is now two Serenity lunchboxes

Let's see. First they offered a Serenity lunchbox with the movie logo on one side and the Fruity Oaty Bar logo on the other. We rejoiced. Then the lunchbox was cancelled. We mourned. Then it was put back on preorder again, and rejoicing occurred.
But obviously Dark Horse felt bad about our dark times, because now they're offering two separate lunchboxes. Rejoice the choice!
The Serenity lunchbox: "With the Serenity logo in brilliant litho-printed color on one side, and the ship herself on the other, bordered by the exotic intergalactic currency created for the film, this makes a striking lunch box for any Serenity fan to tote around."

Since you can't cancel pre-orders I contact TFAW to see if I could have my order changed to the Fruity Oaty Bar lunch box. Hopefully that won't be a problem.
Dang! Now I have to choose!
Is that image of the ship the only one folk are licensed to use? It seems like everyone uses it, but it's not the ship design from the movie. That design was only seen in the pilot and Train Job, I believe.
Both lunchboxes are shiny, though! Decisions, decisions …
No surprise to anyone who recalls the report out of the Firefly showings here in Portland that Dark Horse had announced to us a "line" of lunchboxes were coming.
Ohh, cool! Now I have to get them to switch my pre-order around.
Never mind, no need for shuffling – I'm getting the right one! I really like the one without the Fruity Oaty Bar logos….that's always been the thing I personally would change about it, and lo, they have! Sweet.
I just got an e-mail from TFAW. They cancelled my pre-order on the Serenity lunchbox and switched my pre-order to the Fruity Oaty Bar lunchbox. It's good to know that if you did pre-order the original lunchbox that it's not too late to switch to the other design if that is what you wanted to do.
