The new Prop Store of London website

propstoreredesign.jpgThe Prop Store of London launched a redesign of their site. Not a major change — still looks and handles about the same, so you won’t have to relearn anything – but the listings are tighter, easier to scan, and they got rid of the dropdown options for categories for simple menu links, which I like better. It also seems to be faster, which is always nice.

You can still get the complete description by clicking on the item, and now there are options to send to a friend and ask a question about the item. And links now include the name of the item instead of the number, which I assume means that all my links are dead now. Ah, well. Progress marches on…

Now if they’d just start up an affiliate program, I’d be all set.

So sad. Someone (or someones) appears to have gotten the three River Tam data pads, and it wasn’t me.

Thanks, wondered why my old link didn’t work. Got a 404 error.

    Changed it now to
    http://www.propstore.com/products.htm?movieIdForm=877&productsKeywordSearchform=&pageNum=&show_all_items_form=&isSubmitSearch=0&productCategoryIdForm=0&categoryIdForm=0&searchMode=2&genreIdForm=-1&productsSortType=0&recordsPerPage=200

Shiny. It all fits on 1 long page now which helps when using edit find to look for words Glasses or whatever.
