Virtual mud farmers, unite

Here at the mud farms of Canton they pay their workers almost nothing, so they can pass the savings on to you, the customer. Of course, there’s this pesky mythic hero thing they’ve got going…
A group from the Miranda Survivors of Second Life have been working on making their own Jaynestown, and they’re having way too much fun doing it. Pictured are Red Rogers, Abby Dawson (she of the virtual Firefly build), aenea Erlanger, Sirk Sumbula, and Elsbeth McConachie. Not pictured is Merasu Acropolis. With an only slightly drunken attention to detail — or possibly an attention to drunken detail — they have filled in the area with everything mud farmers could possibly need. Above is the mud itself, complete with frogs and mud wrestling options.

The bar itself is a beautiful reproduction of the mudder’s dive, complete with rickety stairs, Mudder’s Milk at the bar, and a guy on a pallet ready to sing to you about the local hero.

There’s also a warehouse, assorted ships, and whatever the mudders are building, which changes from day to day. They’re a damned creative bunch, they are. Comes of being surrounded by nothing but mud all day long, you get restless.
Visit ‘em at Jaynestown, just northeast of Washtown. Tell ‘em you saw this at SerenityStuff and get 10% off your next mud purchase, unless they catch you.

Yup. Best of its kind. We mix it and brick it raw on the premises, but you
add the right catalysts, kiln it proper, this stuff is stronger’n steel ten times over, at half the weight.
