Grab a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, download a free rental of Serenity, and have a good morning.

Right now if you pick up the right box of General Mills cereal you’ll get a $5 coupon for a Movielink.com movie rental (such as, say, Serenity, which is currently listed there for $4.50).

MovieLink allows you to “rent” movies by downloading them to your computer (high-speed Internet is a must). Once you rent one you have 30 days in which to watch it, and once you start watching you have 24 hours to finish, but during that time you have complete control over it.

And no, you can’t burn it to disc. Sorry. But it might beat trekking out to Blockbuster again.
